2025 saw our team expand the types of community-building events we were able to provide for our tenants. The beginning of the year came out swinging with private coffee trucks, catered grab-n-go breakfasts, and sweet treats, setting our tenants up for success on their way to pursue careers in local technology centers, hospitals, or one of the many coveted graduate programs at The University of Pennsylvania, Wharton, Drexel University, Jefferson University, and Temple University, that so many of our residents attend. Then, to take the edge off a stressful week, Bingo Night provided warmth with free drinks and snacks, as residents teamed up to win prizes at local restaurants, yoga studios, and businesses.

With all of our apartments located in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia, one of the most vibrant and celebrated cities in 2025 (and celebrations to-be in 2026!), our connection with the culture of the city runs deep. That means fine dining, tradition, and of course, sports! Phillies Opening Day is marked every year here at Pearl Properties with customized baked goods in every lobby that always make their way onto our resident’s Instagram stories – so you know their friends are jealous! (Not to mention our exclusive party celebrating a certain parade later in the year…) A rooftop party for St. Paddy’s Day hosted at our 28th Floor Skydeck in The Terrace on 18th Street brought residents together with a live DJ, curated Irish beer, and possibly the BEST view of Logan Square, the Philly Art Museum, The Franklin Institute, and the Parkway, that you could ask for. And for those inspired by history and Philly food, an exclusive wine and cheese class hosted personally by the family owner of a Philly Classic: Di Bruno Brothers.
