Final Step
I certify that the above information is true and complete and I hereby grant permission to Pearl Properties to request my credit report and to perform a criminal background check for the purpose of tenant screening. I also authorize the verification of the information obtained by permitting Pearl Properties to contact any individuals and financial institutions listed above. In conjunction with the review of my application I have agreed to provide a deposit of $500.00 ($1,000 in if applying for The Harper) plus a $95 application fee. I understand and acknowledge that the $500 deposit ($1,000 deposit for The Harper) is made in exchange for Pearl Properties removing the above referenced unit from the rental market pending receipt of a satisfactory background check and credit report, and as such it is non-refundable unless this application is denied. If the application is denied, the deposit will be returned (and the application fee will be retained to defray the cost of the background and credit checks). I understand that if my application is approved, Pearl Properties will provide a proposed form of lease and will apply the deposit to the sums due under the lease. I acknowledge that this application is not a lease nor is it an offer to rent. The application shall remain the property of Pearl Properties.
