Sunset Sips @ The Terrace on 18th Skydeck
Mark your calendars for August 14th; Sunset Sips at The Terrace Skydeck is back! One of our most anticipated events of the summer, this evening soiree invites residents from all Pearl properties to enjoy skyline views, a live DJ, complimentary drinks, and light snacks. Hosted on the stunning Skydeck (check out the view), it’s the perfect opportunity to unwind with neighbors and celebrate city living at its finest.
Lifestyle Series Events
Our Lifestyle Series events are all about connection and comfort. From weekly yoga sessions and book club meetups to outdoor movie nights and ice cream trucks, there’s always something happening just for Pearl residents. You can even help choose the books and movies! This fall, don’t miss our ‘Cozy Winter Series,’ featuring creative workshops like candle-making and calligraphy. And yes, Mean Girls night on October 3rd is officially on the calendar — get ready to wear pink!
Annual Halloween Party
Halloween is a big deal at Pearl. Our Annual Halloween Party pulls out all the stops with costumes, cocktails, contests, and a killer DJ. With gift cards on the line and plenty of festive snacks and decor, it’s always a night to remember. From rooftop luaus to championship watch parties, here’s a look back at some of our favorite events — just one of Pearl’s luxury tenant perks here in Philadelphia.
Luau
This past summer, we threw our largest event yet: a full-blown Luau! Residents from every Pearl property gathered to enjoy tropical vibes, complete with a whole roasted pig carved onsite by a local vendor, plus a live DJ, cold drinks, and raffle prizes. The highlight? Two lucky residents scored Diamond Club Phillies tickets just for rocking Hawaiian shirts.
The Harper’s 5-Year Celebration
In a heartfelt moment, we celebrated the Harper’s 5-Year Anniversary with the original 60 residents who’ve called it home since day one. The Philadelphia apartment event included catering, live classical music, and custom cupcakes with residents’ unit numbers. Even two of our original front desk team members joined the festivities. The weather was perfect, and the atmosphere was even better.
Eagles Victory Parade Watch Party
When the Eagles won, we knew we had to celebrate big (the Philly way). The Terrace hosted a resident-only Victory Parade Watch Party, complete with catered lunch and drinks. The parade route passed just inches from the building, and our setup gave tenants front-row seats to Philly history. For Eagles fans and newcomers alike, it was a proud day to be part of Pearl.
Annual Holiday Party
Our Annual Holiday Party is a can’t-miss tradition. Every year, we bring residents from all properties together for an elevated evening featuring a live band, delicious catering, festive drinks, and plenty of holiday cheer. It’s our way of closing the year on a high note and thanking everyone for being part of the Pearl family!
