Summer at Pearl Apartments always comes with something to look forward to, and this year’s annual Luau at The Harper did not disappoint. Complementary leis greeted each guest as they arrived. And don’t think for a second that the Pearl residents missed the memo; everyone showed up in long, floral dresses, patterned Hawaiian shirts, and sandals to enjoy the weather!

The feast was just as colorful as the setting. Tables overflowed with tropical fruit platters crowned with mini palm trees made from stacked pineapples, and beautiful cheese-and-cracker spreads featuring figs, dates, honey, and jam.
Esposito’s brought a traditional Kalua pig roast that quickly became the star of the show, supplemented with plenty of sides plus rolls from Cacia’s Bakery.
Games and Music for All
Between rounds of bean bag toss, giant Connect 4, and oversized Jenga, laughter echoed through the courtyard. Families and friends gathered around the pool and the communal fire pit to unwind, swap stories, and enjoy music as the sun went down. It was a night that perfectly captured what makes the Pearl community special: a space where residents of all ages can relax, connect, and celebrate together.
